Reflection of Lesson 3

Lesson 3: MARKET INTEGRATION

We often think of economy as something that
covers a wide variety of financial aspects like
employment, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or
the stability of stock markets. We must understand
that economy is composed of people. In this lesson
there are different financial and economic
institutions in the growth of global economy; the
Bretton Woods System, GATT and the WTO, IMF
and the World Bank, OECD, OPEC and the EU, and
the NAFTA.
This lesson gives us knowledge about market
integration. As a nursing students, we acquire
new ideas about contemporary world specially
about this topic that can help us to know more
about marketing and international financial
institutions. This can help us in our daily life
that we can bring in our journey. This market
integration have been brought closer together
with globalization, it organizes all production
consumptionsand trade of goods in our society.
It is important that we all know the origins of
this different institution, their history in order
to acquire knowledge about it. Market integration
is one of the important topic in contemporary
world that we should give our time to study it.

Reflection of Lesson 4
LESSON 4: THE GLOBAL INTERSTATE SYSTEM
The world is composed of many states having
different forms of government. It has been one of
the major subjects of scholars of political disciplines
because it is viewed as the institution that sets
policies for the country. This lesson has the different
institutions that govern international relations
in order to facilitate connection among nation
states. The institutions that govern international relations are; the UN and NATO,
the WTO and NAFTA,
ASEAN, EU and NGOs.
This lesson has challenges that most governments
face amid globalization. This topic is much
interesting for us that we should analyze and study
to acquire many ideas about it. It was tackled about
the effects of globalization to governments and it
is not only have one effect but there are four that
gave an impact to governments. The institutions
that govern international relations aims to foster
strong economic, political, cultural, educational
and technical intergovernmental relations that we
should know one by one. As a nursing student, we
should know about this topic global interstate
system to acquire ideas that can help us in our daily
life, we should give our best to study it and we
should know what are their uses in governments,
what are their rules in our world economy.

We all know that this lessons help each everyone of

us, this global interstate system is very significance.
The globalization has its way to reshaped the role and functions of nation states,
and we know that one
of the aspects of state soveireinty is the government.
The government is important in world economy.
All of the state have their own rights that we should
know. Global interstate system is also one of an
important topic in contemporary world because
its contents is significance in our society.
