Role & Responsibilities:
I have worked as a Team Member & use to report to my Team Lead. My
roles and responsibilities are as below:
1. Working on MGMS-TM Team under TSD-Process & Applications-L2
Support.
2. Working on the Incidents as per the priority of the Tickets.
3. Investigating the Incidents within the team group to work as a team
in closing the incident with in a SLA period.
4. Testing the scenarios (ECC to TM cycle) if required to resolve the
Incidents.
5. Working on the different type of CRQ’s (i.e. Standard CRQ (New
plant addition, configuration change),, Normal CRQ (ABAP Code changes
done by the Technical team once done then tested in Quality &
transported the same to Production system), Security CRQ (For a new
