(Manufacturing food in an unregistered premise, letting food handlers to work without certifying
medially and without protective clothing)
I as an Authorized Officer under the Food Act of 1980, hereby complain according to the section 136 (1) (b)
of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act. The above-mentioned accused committed offences:
1. by manufacturing food in an unregistered premise, violating the section 7(1) of the Food Act No 26
of 1980
2. by letting food handlers to work without certifying medially, violating the section 11 of the Food
(Hygiene) Regulations, 2011 of the Food Act No 26 of 1980
3. by letting food handlers to work without protective clothing, violating the section 12(1) of the Food
(Hygiene) Regulations, 2011 of the Food Act No 26 of 1980
at Thudugala on or around 28th of November within the Matugama Magistrate Division.


