To Whom it may concern,

I had the pleasure of instructing Sarah in both the clinical and didactic High Acuity course at the
University of Arizona College of Nursing. Sarah is engaging, intuitive, kind, and compassionate in her
care of patients and families. She is earnest, hardworking and humble in her approach at the bedside.
Sarah demonstrated leadership within her cohort by her actions of integrity, encouragement, and high
academic standards. She manages her time well and is organized in her approach when faced with
multiple tasks.

I sincerely look forward to Sarah joining to profession of nursing and calling her my colleague. She will
be an asset to any team/unit and to the profession of nursing.
