 Introduction
1.1 Purpose

Reason for choosing this project is to support the tourist so that they can enjoy everything on their
journey like food expenses, hotel rent and other expenses etc. They can easily book everything related to
their tour just by using their mobile phones.

1.2 Document Conventions

For writing the document for Tourism management system I am using the following things in my project.
For making this document more readable and understandable I am using times new roman font style
and 12 font size and headings are bold and underlined.

1.3 Intended Audience and Reading Suggestions

This document is intended for project managers, programmers, designers, developers and users who are
involved in modifying Tourism management system. This document consultants are used to update the
various methodologies and procedures of software, which is discussed freely by system analyst and
company. The product features will be described in below sections.

1.4 Product Scope

After completing project then company will be able to advertise their product and can be able to
increase their popularity in public. It can be done by easily by using online advertising. This will increase
customer satisfaction.

2. Overall Description
2.1 Product Perspective

This is new Software in the market which is related to Tourism management system it is a self
contained project. By using this one can install this Software on any laptop and android
phone or IOS and can easily fulfil the needs of user. One can enjoy their tour while not being
worried about the booking matters this software will help them.

 2.2 Product Functions

This project will cover all the aspects of the travel agency. One can be able to search through
the database either by name or state. One shall be updated about news of tourism industries
on the system homepage.

2.4 Operating Environment

We will use Intel core i7(8th generation) with 16GB RAM and Clock Speed equal to 3.6 GHZ
desktop for the completion of this project. We also need a software Name (ANDROID STUDIO)
which is necessary for developing android application and it should be installed in computer.

 2.5 Design and Implementation Constraints

To design this software, we need to ask everything from the client so then the client will get the
good product in short time. We will use agile approach here to make the best of opportunities.
We are designing this software for android mobile phones so We will used JAVA language in
making this software because this language provide good and systematic way to solve any
problem. We will use user, booking, costumer, travel agent and hotel classes and will implement
another classes if client say so.

We provide Easy interface to user so then user will not be bored while using our software.
Customer will pay higher if he is Happy.

Interfaces will be provided:-

1. Electronic mail(EMAIL).
2. Electronic Forms.
3. Communication standard is HTTP.
4. Secured with end to end encryption.

4. System Features
4.1 System Feature

User booking:-

4.1.1 Description and Priority

User will book their hotel, car easily just by tapping over Booking option and then
Software will show different Hotels or taxi services located nearby.

1.1.2 Stimulus/Response Sequences

Will provide good user approach that only those hotels will be shown to user
which is near from the user.

1.1.3 Functional Requirements

i. One should be able to rate tourism places after using the software or
surfing through the information.
ii. One should be able to search through the database either by name or state.
iii. Shall be provided a link to the website of tourism industries they have
searched for (that is if the website exist).
iv. Shall be updated about news of tourism industries on the system
homepage v. should be able to view virtual tours of the tourism industries
(TBD).

 5. Other Nonfunctional Requirements
5.1 Performance Requirements

The performance of the overall system will be good if user will use windows XP or higher in
lower Operating system all the features will not function properly. It is compatible on any
hardware even in Pentium 4.

5.2 Safety Requirements

User can update the software without disturbing the software quality or performance and bugs
related to software will be solved so the software may run smoothly.

5.3 Security Requirements

An antivirus company must be hired because the software works over an active internet
connection so the probability of being hacked is high.

5.4 Software Quality Attributes

This software must be smaller and required minimum space in computer to install. Compatible
with almost every operating system. Having a very easy interface.

5.5 Business Rules

The software will be operated under the organization and cannot be run privately. This will
deliver quickly what the user ask. The more the users happy the more the income of product.
