COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This compromise AGREEMENT entered this 20 November 2022 by and


between:

MACHO GWAPITO, of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy. Bonifaci, San Fernando
City, La Union, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY; and

LOVELY DAY, of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy. Antonino, Balaoan, La Union,
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the parties are the biological parents of two (2) minor; Unang Anak age 5,
born on 9 April 2017 and Pangalawang Anak age 3, born on 18
June 2019;

WHEREAS, The parties want to ensure a full resolution of the issues surrounding the
two (2) children's custody, visitation rights, support, and maintenance;

WHEREAS, In accordance with the terms of the existing agreements, each party hereby
agrees to fulfill his or her obligations to the two (2) children and to uphold their parental
responsibilities
NOWTHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and
dispositions made in this agreement, the parties hereto agreed as follows:

I. CUSTODY OF THE CHILD

The mother will continue to be in charge of the two (2) minor; Unang Anak and
Pangalawang Anak, while the father shall exercise visitorial rights at least once a month
as stated.

By signing these documents, both parties commit to taking all reasonable steps to
protect the best interests of the two children at all times, whether they are present or not. Any
behavior—be it an act, a remark, or a deceptive scheme—that can cause one of the parties to
feel alienated or lose respect, or both, is not acceptable.
II. CHILD SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

a. Immediately effective upon the signing of this agreement, the father,


without need or demand, shall pay to the mother the sum of Php 10,000
per month for the support and maintenance of the two (2) children
during the period of their minority, or until further ordered by any court
of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
b. In particular, the father shall pay to the mother, by deposit into a bank
account designated by her, the abovementioned amount on the following
basis:
1. Php 10,000.00 – on or before 15th day of each month; and
2. Php 10,000.00 – on or before 30th day of each month.

c. Above-mentioned amount may be increased depending upon the needs of


the two (2) children and financial capacity of the parents.

III. CHILD’S EDUCATION and HEALTH CARE

a. Both parents shall equally share in the payment of the regular education
and medical care of the two (2) children that is not covered/ non-
reimbursable by the health insurance/health card of each parent. In
such case/s where the mother advanced the expense/s, the father shall
pay and reimburse his share provided that such expense/s is/are supported
by documents (e.g. receipts).

This agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines. The parties hereto shall, in good faith, strictly abide
by the terms hereof.

In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties affix their signatures on the date and place herein
abovementioned.
