COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This compromise AGREEMENT [Incident of 15 November 2022] is

entered into by and between:

SINGKO SAIS, of legal age, married, and a resident of Brgy. Asin,

Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY; and

TRES KWATRO, of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy.

Pagdalagan Sur, San Fernando City, La Union, hereinafter referred
to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH; THAT:

WHEREAS, Around 3:45 in the afternoon of November 15 2022, at

the MacArthur highway in front of DMMMSU, Brgy Catbangen, San
Fernando City, La Union, the parties involved in this case came into
touch with one another while driving their respective automobiles.
Being the operators of a FORD RAPTOR with registration no. CZ 069
returning home to Baguio and a HHH 111 plated HONDA PCX 160cc
motorcycle going to Pagdalagan Sur. This incident inflicted light
damages to the motor vehicles driven by the Second and Third Party
and injuries to the Second Party necessitating treatment to his
fractured right knee;
 WHEREAS, the vehicle of the FIRST PARTY has inflicted damages on
his vehicle particularly on the front portion thereof;

WHEREAS, Both parties hereby execute this Compromise Agreement

on the following terms and conditions as promised and with the
intention of quickly and peacefully resolving the dispute:
1. The First Party agrees voluntarily to shoulder all present
medical expenses by the Second Party as well as the cost of
repairs of the damage sustained by the motor vehicle driven by
the Second Party;

2. The gross cost of repair inflicted by the Second Party is FIFTY

ONE THOUSAND (51,000.00) Phillipine Currency while the
medical expenses incurred by the Second Party is SIXTY
THOUSAND PESOS (60,000.00) for a total of ONE HUNDRED
ELEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (111,000.00);

3. The First Party agrees to pay the total amount of ONE HUNDRED
ELEVEN THOUSAND Pesos (P111,000.00) in installment to the
Second Party. The first installment of SIXTY Thousand Pesos
(P60,000.00) shall be paid by the First Party to the Second
Party not later than November 16, 2022. The second
installment of FIFTY ONE Thousand Pesos (P51,500.00) shall be
paid by the First Party to the Second Party not later than
December 5, 2022;

4. In addition, the First Party Voluntarily agrees to shoulder the

amount of expenses for the repair of the motor vehicle of Third
Party in the name of Uno Dos. The First Party Agrees to pay the
total amount of Eighy Thousand Pesos (P8,000);

5. Payment shall be made by the First Party to the Second Party

either in person or through the First Party’s Representative and
the Second Party shall issue an acknowledgment receipt every
time payment is made to her;

6. The parties, for and in consideration of the foregoing, hereby

agree to waive their right to file an action, whether criminal or
civil, against each other subject to compliance by the First
party of its obligations;

7. The parties hereby enter into this Compromise Agreement

voluntarily, freely, willingly and fully aware of its
consequences.
 8. The parties shall not in any way be construed as an admission
on the part of any party of any fault, negligence or liability, of
whatever kind and nature, in connection with the
aforementioned accident.

9. The parties shall abide with the provisions o this compromise

agreement in utmost good faith.

In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties affix their signatures this 15 th

Day of November 2022 at San Fernando City, La Union.
