This carefully selected walk covers all the most important sights of Prague and
seeing it with a great guide is like having the past suddenly rise to the surface. We

where the fabulous Golem was created and follow with us in the footsteps of
the famous Jewish writer Franz Kafka. Crooked lanes lead us back around other
keyholes into Pragues past, the medieval courtyard Ungelt, the Charles University
since 1348, Mozarts Don Giovanni in the Estates Theatre... The Wenceslas Square
gives us a testimony of 1968 when the Soviet tanks arrived until the year 1989 when
the Velvet Revolution brought democracy again. Crossing the Charles Bridge, the real
open gallery under the sky we reach the great St.Nicholas Church on the beguiling
Lesser Town Square and then Prague Castle, one of the biggest fortresses in Europe.
This city within the city hides the Old Royal Palace, the Basilica of St.George, the
presidential offce, the Golden Lane ... and the treasure of the architecture - St.Vitus
Cathedral. The walk fnishes with a charming view of Prague, the city of a hundred
spires. It is really easy to walk, simple to understand and great to enjoy!
Czech folklore, music, and dances are so melodic, beautiful and full of energy that
they have inspired whole generations of artists. Our folklore evening is the best
choice for everybody who wants to spend an enjoyable evening in a traditional Czech
restaurant, who would like to learn something new and have a good dinner and good
drinks. During this evening programme our guests can also sing and dance. On your
way there by bus our guide will speak about the illuminated monuments you pass
and about Czech history and traditions. In short, you will spend an unforgettable
evening! (tour code 515)

Kutn Hora, a medieval centre of silver-mining, was the second richest town of the
Bohemian Kingdom. The variety of Kutn Hora architectural monuments and the well
preserved structure of the town centre refect its ancient fame and wealth, which
has lasted until the present day. During your walk in Kutn Hora you will visit the
gothic cathedral of St. Barbara and the Italian Court - originally a Royal Mint. No
less admirable are the other beautiful gothic, renaissance and baroque burgher
houses and the unique stone well from the 15th century. You will also visit one of
the most interesting burial places in the world, called Kostnice (Ossuary) in a small
nearby village Sedlec. This chapel is decorated with more than 40 000 human bones,
including a chandelier and a crest of the noble Schwarzenberg family. Kutn Hora
town has been registered on the UNESCO heritage list since 1995. (tour code 513)
The former military fort
of Terezn was built in the
18th century by Emperor
Joseph II and will always be
connected with the history
of World War II. Better known
as the Big Fort, the town of
Terezn itself was used as
transit camp for Jews from
all over Europe and at the
same time during visits of
the International Red Cross
Organization it was misused
for Nazi promotion purposes.
The small Fort Terezn was a
cruel prison of the Gestapo
- the Reichs secret police.
If you are interested in the
history of World War II and
the holocaust join us for
a visit to the small Fort
Terezn and the museums in
the Big Fort.
