To be a perfect leader you must have the following qualities; (1)Vision “Good leaders create

completion. (2) Integrity, Integrity requires that you always tell the truth, to all people, in

every situation. Truthfulness is the foundation quality of the trust that is necessary for

For me, among the three Filipino heroes that deserves to be called the “true” Philippine national

hero, it is Jose Rizal who should claim it as he has the qualities of a great leader. He showed courage

to stand up against the Spaniards when he wrote Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. He also

have the vision because he created a vision of freeing his countrymen and he passionately worked

towards it by relentlessly achieving the aim of La Solidaridad, his organization, which were to work

peacefully for political and social reforms, to portray the sad condition of the country so that Spain

could remedy them and to champion the legitimate aspirations of the Filipino for life, democracy

and happiness
