suspension and is also keen in continuing Sulong Edukalidad, the Department’s program to
address the challenges of quality in basic education.

While many including the Pastor Salazar National High School of DepEd, Leyte
Division have launched distance learning programs, a phase that involves much more than
reopening the gates and readmiting students.

In order to carry out the importance of education to bring normalcy to the lives
of our learners and significantly, protect for their health and safety, Pastor Salazar
National High School propose the following plan in order to achieve a normal enrolment
rate by providing measures to ensure that parents can enroll their children through new
normal enrolment system.

With the recent DepEd policies that serve as a guide to the actions that are to be
done by the school to ensure that the welfare of its learners and staff are prioritized, indeed
