RESOLUTION NO. S. 2022

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY AND BARANGAY TREASURER TO DISBURSE

THE AMOUNT OF FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (48,000.00) AS BUDGET OF THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN FOR EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES

WHEREAS, Section 20 (a) of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform act of 2015 (Republic Act [RA] No.
10742), states that the 10% of the general fund of the barangay shall be set aside for SK. The Sangguniang
Barangay shall appropriate the SK Funds in lump-sum, which shall be disbursed solely for youth development and
empowerment purposes;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan in the absence or holdover of the COA on the full implementation
of the guidelines implementing Section 20 RA 10742, the SK Funds shall be disburse in accordance, through the
authority of the Punong Barangay & Barangay Treasurer;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan cannot perform yet the said financial independence in the operations,
disbursements and encashment of their fund, income and expenditure;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolve as it is hereby resolve upon the unanimous presented, it was;

RESOLVE FURTHER, the copies of this resolution be furnish to all concerned offices for the information
and guidance;

APPROVE AND ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY.

KABATAAN FOR HYGIENE KIT SUPPLIES
