Day 1
December 20, 2020 Admitted to hospital - Patient was seen and
3:00 AM CC: Palpitations, fatigability and examined by the doctor

Diet: DAT - Routine admission care
Vital signs: Every 4 hours and was provided

Diagnostics: CBC with platelet regarding tests to be
count, T3, T4, TSH, Na, K, Ca, done.
Urinalysis, CXR - Diet ordered by the
Monitor: T3, T4, TSH, Ca doctor was informed to

Propylthiouracil (Philusa laboratory for the following
