Dear Department of Health and Human Services,
HOSPITAL We are proud to present to you ABC Online Hospital, a one-of-a-kind virtual
diagnostics assessment that has been carefully designed to automate the process of
treating and diagnosing patients as quickly and efficiently as possible.

ABC Online Hospital addresses a problem that many people encounter, which is
not having equal access to a hospital to easily receive a prognosis and treatment. To
ABC GROUP 18 - HOME address this problem, we have designed ABC Online Hospital to shorten the long
(ABC-GROUP18.WEEBLY.COM) queue of patients who are simply in need of a diagnosis. Our virtual clinic supplies
patients with a questionnaire where they are asked about their feelings, illnesses,
and current symptoms. This test asks the proper questions and builds the
prescriptions of matching diseases by analyzing the inputted symptoms. The

patients’ results will automatically be available in their hospital’s database if
in-person treatments are necessary. Through this process, the patient will have
received consultation without going directly to a hospital with long queue lines
where they can easily contract new diseases.

+1 (513)-111-2222 Our team is interested in designing products that are both easy-to-use and help
our users to solve this problem. For this reason, we have tested our product with
the elderly, the young and those who need regular check-ups quickly. We learned
that many of the participants voiced concerns about wanting to have immediate
access to the test without having to go through the steps of researching and
choosing a hospital. Another factor mentioned that we had not considered before
was adding an emergency button if they need immediate consultation. This resulted
in a few changes to our product including adding a “Take Test” button to be
directed to the test login page immediately. Another iteration to our design was
including an “Emergency Service” button for instant access to an emergency

 hospital phone line for urgent consultation. Our users were satisfied with these
additions because they are more convenient for them and save time.
