2. Which symptoms of team problems has our team commonly encountered?


Describe and explain the problems and your own ways of solving it.

The team problems we often encounter is the “Two coalitions” which


is defined and distinguished as the team has two factions, one of which has
very little influence or power, the team experiences a lack of cohesiveness
which in solving is with the tactic of being more assertive in ways of
identifying a declining productivity trend in the other team member’s
performance, hold a face-to-face meeting to have an open conversation
about the reasons behind it. During the meeting, promote trust and be
genuinely interested to help and the other members will open up the certain
concern in means of including outside voices can also be effective. And if
possible invite a consultant or someone from the accounting or legal
department to attend a team brainstorming session for a better engagement.
and with the assurance of that every team member feels included and by
encouraging a healthy discussion where ideas can be supported and debated,
that as team leader should have the responsibility to increase the chance of
getting both the best solution and have the team be committed to the
implementation of that solution.
