EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The study topic is “A study on Employee welfare measures and its impact on employee
job satisfaction”. There are five parts to the study. In the first chapter, there is an introduction
about the company as well as the industry, also find out so many details about the organization.
The second chapter is about literature review, I studied 15 scholars’ on this particular topic.
And the third chapter is about research design, there I describe the model of study, the need of
the study, the scope of the study, research design, hypothesis, etc. Coming the fourth chapter
is all about data interpretation. For that, I collected information from 100 employees and
interpret that in this chapter. At last, in the fifth chapter, I describe the findings as well as give
some suggestions for the organization.

The employee welfare measures procedure of company has successfully analyzed in a

procedural manner. The study has clearly showed that company has provided different welfare
measures to the employees.
The company is successful in providing the employee welfare measures of its satisfaction to
awards of employees and hence the welfare measures of the company is found effective. The
study indicated that welfare measures are positively and significantly related to employee’s
welfare measures. The result of this study supports that the most important determinant of
employee’s welfare measures followed monetary welfare measures, and non- monetary welfare
measures.
Study clears that welfare measures leads to increase the job satisfaction of the employees.
Organisation is providing majority of the satutory welfare benefits to the employees which
increases the job satisfaction.
