     Good morning/afternoon/evening, Sir/Ma’am or Mr._____ or Ms. _____. Welcome to _____


    (name of the restaurant).

     May I have your name please?


     Please a while mam/sir I will just check to our reservation book to confirm your reservation.
     Mam, ___________ table for ___ in a non/smoking area.
     This way please.
     Is this table alright with you mam/sir?
     Excuse me mam, may I unfold your napkin?
     Excuse me mam (water refilling)
     Excuse me mam may I present the menu for your selection?
     May I take your order now?
     (Suggestions)
     Okay mam/sir I will repeat your order.
     Is that correct mam?
     Thank you mam, the food will served for about 10 minutes. Thank you.
