Terms and Conditions
As an enrolled learner you will have to abide by the following terms
and conditions:

1. The enrolled program is completely dependent on your efforts, and

you are responsible for utilizing the resources and material provided
by us in best possible manner; You have enrolled for this program out
of your own volition.

2. You will pay all installments of course fees, if any, on time and if any
of the installments of course fees are not paid on time then your
access to the enrolled Course may be discontinued by us without
intimation and all the program/course fees paid till the date of default
shall be forfeited without us being liable in this regard in any manner
whatsoever.

3. You will have to pass all courses to be eligible for a completion

certificate. You understand that the completion certificate shall be
delivered only after clearing all the credits and upon full payment of
program/course fees.

4. We may need to delay or reschedule the classes due to any

unforeseen condition or any circumstances beyond our control, and
we shall not be liable for such delay or rescheduling in classes or
batches due to such unforeseen condition or any circumstances; You
also understand that module structure, sequence of modules and
number of learning hours are subject to change at our discretion from
time to time (as per the new updates) for betterment of all learners.

5. Any scholarships and discounts for any course or program provided

by us is discretionary in nature and any decisions regarding the same
by us shall be final and binding on you, and you shall not object to the
same in any manner whatsoever.

6. We do not promise any assured placements during or after the

completion of the enrolled Course.

7. Any discussion (whether written or oral) with us, pertaining to inter-

alia the Course, Course Fees, shall be kept confidential at all times.
8. If you have any issue or if you need support, then you shall raise a
ticket on the learning management system (LMS). We shall attempt to
resolve the ticket in the fastest manner possible; This is the only way to
seek support and no other method will be entertained.

9. You understand that courses and programs provided by us are

designed and reviewed jointly with the faculty of the Institute. Since,
the courses and programs are industry oriented, the teaching is
delivered by experts from the industry. You also understand and
acknowledge that some self-recorded lectures and/or insights from
faculty of the Institute are embedded in the learning management
system (LMS) of the Course, for your reference.

10. You understand that the enrolled Course is a non-degree course.

11. The enrolled program / course is non-transferable and non-

refundable; You will not be allowed to change the batch.

12. You accept that you are well aware and hereby acknowledge and
consent to all the features mentioned in the brochure and website,
including the terms and conditions, and privacy policy as available at
https://www.edureka.co. These terms and conditions are in
conjunction with and not in suppression of or independent of the
website terms and conditions or provisions of the course enrolment
agreement.

13. You agree that in the event of any breach of these terms and
conditions, the remedies available under applicable law in respect of
such breach will be inadequate and we shall be entitled to seek specific
performance against you in addition to any and all other legal or
equitable remedies available to us.
