PAYMENT METHODS 2022

Method 1 Annual payment in advance, due by 31 January 2022.

Debit-order payments, which can be scheduled monthly in advance x 12 months on the

CHILD’S ACCOUNT NUMBER AND NAME IS REQUIRED AS THE REFERENCE FOR ALL
PAYMENTS
Please note that NO CASH OR CHEQUE payments are accepted.

In case of a withdrawal, at least one month’s written notice must be given to the school, otherwise billing
will continue until one month from the date of notice.

DEBIT-ORDER COMPLETION

If you are not yet paying by debit order, we request that you do so as soon as possible since this
substantially reduces the administrative burden to identify deposits into our bank account and allocate to
the correct learner accounts. We rely on predictable monthly cash flows to manage our affairs.

Please complete a debit-order form and deliver it by hand to the school’s bursar before
3 December 2021. The form is available from the school and on the Curro website at www.curro.co.za.

GENERAL

1. School fees
School fees for 2022 include the following:
• Workbooks for Grades 1 to 3
• All readers, textbooks and learning materials not available in e-format
• Yearbook for all Grades 4 to 12 learners of 2022 who attended our school in 2021
• Robotics

School fees for 2022 exclude the following:

• The e-learning device (iPad) for Grade 8 to Grade 12 learners and any insurance, maintenance or
other costs relating to the device itself
• Stationery for Grades 1 to 12 (grade specific stationery lists will be provided by the school and pre-
assembled packs can be purchased from Waltons directly)

2. Aftercare
Aftercare fees for 2022 include the following:
• Lunch and snacks mid-afternoon
• Supervision
• Limited homework support

Aftercare fees for 2022 exclude the following:

• Specialist subject and homework support
