Machine principle

This machine is polishing dust from the surface of filled capsules.The now discharged,
filled capsule from the capsule filling machine or filled capsule sorter,is conveyed to the
capsule polishing machine.The conveyed capsule moves to the spiral-core way. A screw
brush is connected with the motor, The screw brush rotates and removes dust and
polishes the capsule surface.The polishing machine requires regular cleaning, especially
screw brush and the collected dust in dust box.
If the capsules through the screw brush, those are discharged, however, if the capsules are
empty, those are rejected into the bin(Option).

Basic Principle

The Screw brush is connected with the motor directly, using the On/Off of the motor,
the screw brush can be operated. To remove the dust from the capsule surface the
dust collector is connected the suction pipe. The entrance and the discharge of the
capsule polisher can be adjusted using the height adjust lever. All the part of the
capsule polisher is made of SUS316L material, and it is easy to equip and separate the
main body because of the sanitary clamp.

Basic Principle

The compressed air is supplied to the discharge part of the sort, if the capsule is
lighter than good capsule the bad capsule is rejected to the reject bin. The air
pressure can be controlled by the air regulator, also the vacuum pipe can controlled
the air pressure to adjust the height.
