Greetings!

The School Information Coordination which I vigilantly headed, conducted an urgent meeting
concerning on the power outage incident in our school last October 3, 2022. What prompted
me to call a special session was due to the possible effects on the health and learning of our
students. With the best intention and consideration, I indorse the recommendation of School
Information Coordinator based on the findings of the attending Meralco Personnel.

Therefore, the school advised to implement the Contingency Plan on Power Outages (See
attached School Memorandum) and requested assistance from the Office of the City mayor
(See attached letter).
