R/: In summary, tools such as corporate digital media, analysis on the Internet and social
networks, applications, process management platforms and even training are arguments
for companies to be connected with digital communication.
Digital communication is the exchange of information and knowledge using the available
digital tools, made available to us by technological research and development.
But beyond the tools and devices, of technology itself, digital communication is an
ecosystem that, in order to function, requires a coordinated symbiosis between them and
the people who participate in the exchange of information.
Finally in the next ten years, companies will have fewer offices or physical meeting points
but more employees around the world.

Work environment policies Real Estate Management
In any organization where two or more people work to achieve an objective or carry out a
job, it is inevitable that there will be an emotional involvement to achieve what is proposed,
businessmen are aware of this today.
Therefore, our Real Estate Management Project in order to better understand its definition
and applicability, it is necessary to make a judicious study of the variables that affect it, since
as a common factor, it is said that the climate reflects the values, attitudes and beliefs of its
members, which due to their nature, are transformed, in turn, into elements that directly
impact the organizational culture.
We propose the existence of nine dimensions or approaches to be measured that would
explain the existing climate in our company:
RESPONSIBILITY
It is the feeling of the members of the organization about their autonomy in making decisions
related to their work. It is the extent to which the supervision they receive is general and not
narrow, that is, the feeling of being their own boss and not being double-checked at work.
REWARD
It corresponds to the members' perception of the adequacy of the reward received for a job
well done. It is the extent to which the organization uses reward more than punishment.
CHALLENGE
It corresponds to the feeling that the members of the organization have about the challenges
that the work imposes. The extent to which the organization promotes the acceptance of
calculated risks in order to achieve the proposed objectives.
RELATIONS
It is the perception by the members of the company about the existence of a pleasant work
environment and good social relations both among peers and between bosses and
subordinates.
COOPERATION
It is the feeling of the members of the company about the existence of a spirit of help on the
part of the directors and other employees of the group. Emphasis placed on mutual support,
both higher and lower levels.
STANDARDS
It is the members' perception of the organization's emphasis on performance standards.

CONFLICTS
It is the feeling of the members of the organization, both peers and superiors, that they accept
dissenting opinions and are not afraid to face and solve problems as soon as they arise.
IDENTITY
It is the feeling of belonging to the organization and is an important and valuable element
within the work group. In general, the feeling of sharing personal goals with those of the
organization. The most relevant aspect of this approach is that it allows obtaining, with the
application of a questionnaire, a quick and fairly faithful view of the perceptions and feelings
associated with certain structures and conditions of the organization.
4. In the “Vocabulary” section, drag each word with the corresponding concept.
Take screenshots of each group of words and add them to the document.
