PRE CONFERENCE
1. My purpose of getting in is to observe on how you will deliver your lesson and to give support in
instructional supervision. May I have your DLP? Did you use the DLP that writers do? Did you
have some revision on it?
2. What possible problem and difficulties are you anticipating or expecting that may likely arise as
you go through with your lesson today? Based on the anticipated problems and difficulties, how
will you address the problem?
3. Is your lesson objective aligned to your teaching methods, learning activities, instructional
materials and evaluation? What teaching method/strategy will you use?
4. Was it contextualized, Localized or indigenized and why? In what way will you contextualize,
localize or indigenize your I’M that will make appropriate to the learning level of your learner?
Do you think using educational technology is appropriate in particular lesson? Why?
5. Did you employ differentiated instruction and activities?
6. It was stipulated that our school is a Child-friendly school, we need to be sensitive to gender and
culture to our learners. How do you apply this in the classroom and as you carry out your lesson?
How will handle classroom management? Is classroom management important?

1. Congratulations! You did your best. I greatly appreciated the efforts you have done. Though
schedule of observation is very close yet you were able to done your complimentary job.

prepared? How did you make the learners gain?

indicators to support your realization?
4. What do you think is the factor hinder the attainment of the learning environment?

6. Can you think more appropriate ways in handling behavioural problems of the learners?
