Goals:
Excellent Customer service and satisfaction
To provide customers with a one of a kind tea experience by
ensuring that we use only the best and fresh ingratiate in the making
of our drinks.
Objectives:
● To serve the best quality and most interesting varieties of coffees, teas,
espresso drinks and accompaniments at all times to everyone.
● Maintaining and increasing the export of tea.
● To offer a fast service quality to the customer.
● To gather feedback from the customers if our product is one of the best.
III. Background and Overview of the Business
The business is a milk tea cafe located in Session Road and Burnham park,
Baguio City. We will offer different flavors of milk tea, varieties of coffee and espresso
drinks by buying it in our shop or can be delivered from the customer’s door steps
through online purchase via our website,social media accounts and contact number.
We choose this business because it is one of the trendy businesses and we have skills
and knowledge in making milk tea. In addition, this is the best start up idea in business
since we all love drinking coffees and milk teas not only in the morning but any time.
Our milk tea cafe will be open at 8:00 in the morning and closes at 8:00 in the afternoon.
Our business is a good idea wherein we will not just be offering milk tea, coffees
and espresso drinks but the business is to offer customized cakes,breads and cupcakes
that will create the most memorable and delicious in customer’s events like birthdays
and other special occasions at an affordable price. Our milk tea cafe also offers
incentives for the consumer like having a 10 - 20 % discount every holiday, buy 1 take 1
and other promos, we will also offer them a “suki card” where they can use it as a
discount card on regular days. Our milk tea and other kinds of drinks are guaranteed to
be made from 100% freshly brewed loose-leaf teas of high quality for an overall
healthier lifestyle.
IV. Management
A. Position
Both of us who own the “Teaktok Cafe Baguio” are well-informed, skilled
and have a love for making milk teas etc.

The milktea cafe was founded by Daniela Galingan & Fatima Tait. They are tea
sommeliers which they will be introducing new products to offer, love, and enjoy in the
milk tea cafe. The founders have their own role in running their business such as
managers; cashier, finance consultant, inventory of produce products and milk tea
supplies, taking orders online.
B. Employee
We will hire one tea sommelier who has skills and knowledge in making milk tea,
coffees and espresso drinks, one assistant baker, the role of assistant baker is to help
the main baker in the work and one cleaner of the milk tea cafe. As the owner of the
milk tea cafe will work as personnel and help the assistant baker and the tea sommelier
to make our products faster. In delivery service, the owner will be the one delivering the
product to our beloved customers.
