    about the SANGRAMA-2022, (Sports fest), that is being held at CMR UNIVERSITY,
    Bangalore, on 5th and 6th November, 2022 .

    I hereby give my consent to my ward to attend the SANGRAMA-2022.


    I am aware that my ward will be leaving to the fest from the university at 6.45am and
    will be returning at 7pm on both the days. ( 5th and 6th November)

    I will take responsibility for ensuring that my ward follows all the necessary protocols
    and does not involve in any activity which would be against the decorum of the college
    and any untoward situation / behaviour or mishap caused or met by my ward shall not
    be the responsibility of the department of Faculty of Architecture and PES University.
