CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 4th November 2022 at Islamabad (herein
referred to as "The Agreement"). The agreement will be binding for 15 days starting
from 4th November 2022 till 19th November 2022.
BY AND BETWEEN
Mr. Sayed Ahmad Shah Hashimi located at Alcazar height apartment number 7, E-11/2
Islamabad and working in administrative department of World Bank country office
Islamabad office, (hereinafter referred to as " Mr. Sayed Ahmad ", which term shall be
deemed to mean and include its administrators, authorized representatives, successors
in interest and permitted assigns) of the One Part.
AND
Mr. Salman Riaz (CNIC: 61101-1516602-9) located at House no. 922, street 107, Sector
G-9/4, Islamabad (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" which expression shall be
deemed to mean and include its administrators, authorized representatives, successors
in interest and permitted assigns) on the Other Part.
(The Contractor and Mr. Sayed Ahmad may hereinafter be collectively referred to as the
"Parties" and individually be referred to as the "Party" as and when the context of this
Agreement so requires).
NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS UNDER:
Mr. Sayed Ahmad has agreed to hire Toyota Harrier, silver colour comprehensive and
third party insured, without driver and fuel for his personal use in Islamabad from the
Contractor on monthly basis, on the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement,
which shall be binding on both the parties.

1. The term of the Agreement shall be valid and effective for a period of 15 days
commencing from 4th November to 19th November 2022 (both days inclusive). Unless
terminated earlier, upon the expiry of this term, the Agreement may be renewed for a
further term by mutual written consent of the Parties.
2. In consideration of rendition of the services to the complete satisfaction of Mr.
Sayed Ahmad by the Contractor, Mr. Sayed Ahmad shall pay the Contractor up to PKR
35,000 (Pak Rupees thirty-five thousand) including taxes for the use of
the hired
vehicle.
3. The Contractor shall submit the invoice/claim car rental in accordance with the
rates/charges specified above after every two months. The payment shall be made by
Mr. Sayed Ahmad to the Contractor within 10 days of the submission of the
invoice/claim for rental.
4. If the vehicle is returned before completion of 15 days, per day rate will be
applicable.
5. Mr. Sayed Ahmad will be responsible for the day to day running cost &
maintenance of the vehicle i.e. Water/coolant level in Radiator, oil level in engine, fuel,
engine oil, air & fuel filter and other maintenance including minor repairs up to PKR
7,000/-.
6. Mr. Sayed Ahmad shall use the said vehicle for a personal purpose within the
territory of Islamabad.
7. The terms and conditions specified in this agreement can be changed with
mutual consent of both parties.
8. This car is not insured so any damage, misuse, or fault due to negligence will be
charged accordingly.
9. Both parties have read and understood the above-mentioned terms and
conditions laid down in this agreement and undertake to abide by the terms and
conditions of this agreement.
