BSS focuses its efforts in two service areas: database and application development
and support. BSS strives to foster and maintain solid relationships with its clients,
fine tune its services, and continue to develop innovative business solutions that will
improve the way their clients do business. Due to its small size, BSS has the unique
ability to act quickly and easily meets or beats its deadlines. Its main limitation is its
limited staff resources. BSS plans to expand personnel over the next three years to
meet achieve a balance of supply and demand.
The purpose of this plan is to create a strategy for BSS that will increase its revenues
annually by 20%, and simultaneously grow assets 25%. Overall, this business plan
will provide an in–depth understanding of the company, along with a plan for growth
in the future.

its customer’s efficiency and secures BSS long relationship via contracts and
recurring projects.

the deliverables in the most efficient manner to its clients.

that its efforts can be multiplied for the greater good of the company, its
customers and the community.
BSS strives to foster and grow empowered relationships with business firms. While
small in size, the BSS team of experts has collectively has over 5 years’ experience
in computer problem solving and solutions. With its corporate office located at
Shaaban Robert St, Dar es Salaam, BSS easily targets local business firms with aim
of expanding its market base.
BSS seeks long term contracts with a focus on database management and application
and development. BSS is the industry expert and can truly not only understand its
customers’ needs but can identify solutions that are just as dynamic as the
technologies and industries themselves. In turn, it is BSS belief that its customers
will return time and time again for additional projects and long term contracts. BSS
has future plans for some diversification and in the next ten-year horizon plans to
diversify its markets by incorporating the banking industry as well.

2.1 Team and Management
Arnold Bishangwayo is the CEO. Mr. Arnold graduated from UDSM with a
diploma in Computer Science but currently he is pursuing and winding up with
his Degree in Computer Science. He is a database expert with 4 years of
experience with all database tools necessary.
Harold Martin is the Finance Manager at the company. He has experience with
budgeting and setting proper utilization of the resources of the company. He is
currently finishing his degree at IFM.

The corporate office of BSS is located in the heart of Dar es Salaam which is
Posta at Shaaban Robert St, Dar es Salaam. The city has a population of over 4
million according to mini–Census Report generated as the city grows.
