STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Base and worktable
• Base in welded steel laminates
• Electrical panel integrated in the base 
• Worktop in phenolic material with grooves that allow through drilling 
• Side suppor for working long pieces 
• Automatic centralized lubrication through an electronic control unit managed directly by the control which always maintains the
correct level of grease on the moving parts
• Automatic wheel aligner with full width wheels 
• Panel width meter to automatically measure the Y dimension of the panel. The system allows to carry out a congruence check
between the inserted panel and the programmed one and stops the machine in case of error. The system also check possible
collisions resulting from incorrect programming of the machine
Upright and operating group
• Upright with portal structure in boxed steel laminate
• Operating group for vertical and horizontal boring equipped with 12 vertical chucks, 6 horizontal ones and integrated blade.
Available with verticl electrospindle with manual tool change.
Boring head
• Work unit for vertical and horizontal boring with independent spindles in light aluminium alloy 
Movement in X, Y and Z on prismatic linear guides and preloaded ball recirculating shoes
Motion transmission through recharged ball recirculating nut

Handling
• The workpiece is blocked by a gripper managed directly by the Numerical Control and is positioned sequentially under the
operating head according to the processing to be carried out
• Sensor for panel calibration from the opposite side that allows to read the X dimensione of the panel and automatically
compensate errors of piece length. The device ensures an excellent  joint between panels even in the case of pieces out of
tolerance. 
• Programmable zero stop positioned on the boring head. Programming the starting position of the boring head in Y, it's possible to
position the zero work piece along Y avoiding the make it coincide with pins or radius

It isn't possible to remove parts of the panel but it's necessary to leave jumpers or chipboard the part to be removed
Only tools capable of rotating at a speed of 18000 r.p.m. are allowed

N.W. An internet connection is required, by the customer  
If the remote assistance connection during the guarantee period isn't allowed by the customer - who specifically asks for a technical
intervention at his seat and, after this one, the technical intervention shows that the problem could have been solved with the
connection denied - the technical intervention will be considered to be paid.
Quality controls and safety
Assembling with execution of conformity tests according to proper testing planes. 
The machine in basic configuration includes safety protections according to the countries where they are required.

NOTA: It's forbidden to work panels whose characteristics don't fall within the dimensions indicated.
The machine can only work panels whose long side must be positioned in the “X” direction of the working coordinates.
Workings on profiled pieces must be evaluated during the contract .
For horizontal workings on pieces with width less than 121 mm by tool n° 60 or n. 61°, it isn't possible to guarantee the accuracy of
the hole as it's linked to the accuracy of the piece.
VERSIONS:
The Jet Smart is available in 2 versions:
Jet Smart - A for only milling workings 
Jet Smart - B for workings of drilling and milling
