Nonprofit

A nonprofit sector generally serves and represents the general public interests and

exempts from federal income tax (Skokova, Pape and Krasnopolskaya, 2018). As noted from the

definition, the nonprofit sector may tend to chip in in the form of charity, scientific literature, and

public safety, to mention a few. The American economy has been at the forefront in advocating

for this criterion of advancing the nonprofit sector. Through this, the economy of the country has

always flourished in different ways. The nonprofit sector is the main economic force in

American history because it indirectly attracts advertising. On the same, it becomes easier for

the organizations to employ many people who are the primary agents of the expansion of the

country’s economic workforce. The United States of America workforce statistics have shown

clearly how the nonprofit sector had had a significant impact on boosting other businesses, hence

economic growth.

The American economy keeps growing, basing its success on various dimensions. The

diverse and vast set of different organizations in the country has contributed significantly to this

growth. Many developed institutions use other means such as nonprofit programs to fit into

every place to improve the performance of their business. The nonprofit sector develops to the

great performance of the economy because it deals with even more sensitive public property such

as education, health, and social services, dominating the economic profit (Alford, 2019).

Through this, it becomes easier for the tax to be collected, and the country can deal with other

factors such as infrastructure and more sensitive areas that cannot be left for the private sector to

dominate. The foundations and individual giving is also another form where the money can be

collected to perform on other sectors that could otherwise not be done if not through the

nonprofit sector's work.
