Raeham: November indeed is a much-awaited month for our English language enthusiasts
and book lovers and this year’s celebration is coined with the theme: “Reliving the past and
embracing the future through language and literature.”

Shayn: Yes, I guess everybody is so excited! So, let’s formally start the program, we would
like to request everyone to please rise for the Arabic Prayer to be led by Zaeem Raeef A.
Naddawi, followed by the Christian prayer to be led by Jennah Elizabeth L. Milla.

-Prayer-

Raeham: Please remain standing for the Saudi National Anthem to be conducted by Erick S.
Ambagan Jr., followed by the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by Ruby Kathrynn
F. Ganzon.

- National Anthem-

Shayn: Let’s not make them wait anymore as we call on, our dear Mrs. Joyce Lynne C.
Arzaga, the elementary coordinator, to address her opening remarks.
-Opening remarks-

Raeham: Thank you Mrs. Joyce Lynne C. Arzaga for those wonderful remarks.

Raeham: Now it is the moment you have been waiting for…let us start off with the Pre-Elem
presentations.

Shayn: First up we have the sing and dance presentation from kindergarten 1 and 2. They
will be singing “You Are My Sunshine”. This song is one of the most useful songs you can
play on ukulele. It’s a children’s song, and it’s also very popular with the older generation.
It’s easy enough for beginners to play. Everyone knows the chorus. This song has enjoyed
popularity for nine decades. It’s been covered by Bing Crosby, Ray Charles, Johnny Cash,
Carly Simon, Aretha Franklin, and many others. According to Salon.com, Ray’s is the most
exciting “adult” version. So, let’s give a (big) round of applause for kindergartens 1 and 2.

-Presentation-

Shayn: Wow! That was a fantastic performance

Raeham: Your right Shayn! It was an amazing performance, now let us move on to the next
presentation. “I am but a small voice” is to be performed by the Kg3 Green advisory class of
Mrs. Andrea L. Nacionales
This was sung by Miss Lea Salonga in 1981 for the UNESCO. Which aims to promote world
peace and unity to children. Children helping other children. And hoping also to end poverty.

-Presentation-

Raeham: Wow! That was astounding.

Shayn: You're right Raeham! It was, now let us move on to the presentation of Kg3 violet.
They will be singing We are the World. The song was written by Michael Jackson and Lionel
Richie for the people who suffered from famine in Africa . They wanted to raise money for
them by using this song. Therefore, the theme of the song is caring about and helping
people in need.

-Presentation-
Shayn: Wow, that was impressive! That’s it for our pre-elementary presentations. Kudos to
the little kids and of course, to their teachers for taking the time to present us their lovely and
wonderful presentations!

Raeham: Now, let us proceed to the awarding of the Spelling Bee Winners from KG3. May
we call on our academic principal Dr. Petronila A. Sayud, our deputy headmistress Mrs.
Nahid Al Najim, and our elementary coordinator Mrs. Joyce Lynne C. Arzaga to award the
certificates.

-Awarding-

Shayn: Congratulations to the winners, and to everyone who participated! Now, it’s time for
the lower elementary presentations! Let us now welcome the Grade 1 students!
Their presentation is inspired by DoReMi a 1996 Philippine musical comedy fil directed by
Ike Jarlego Jr. The movie is the most successful Filipino musical comedy of all time. The
film’s title is a play between the solfege and a portmanteau using the first two letters of
Donna, Regine, and Mikee’s first names. DoReMi: Music from the Motion Picture features
songs performed by Donna Cruz, Mikee Cojuangco, Regine Velasquez, and girl group
Vanna Vanna and was produced by Viva Records. All the songs were produced by Margot
M. Gallardo, with the album’s main theme, “I Can,” being co-produced by Louie M. Ocampo.
So, let’s give a (big) round of applause for grade 1 students!

-Presentation-

Raeham: That was wonderful! Up next, let us welcome on stage the Grade 2 pupils! ….
Grade 2 pupils will present their speech choir piece entitled “The Road Not Taken”. It is a
narrative poem, meaning it is a poem that tells a story. It was written in 1915 as a joke for
Frost’s friend, Edward Thomas. This is a poem that argues for the importance of our
choices, both big and small, since they shape our journey through life. For Frost, the most
important decisions we make aren’t the ones we spend tons of time thinking about. Instead,
Frost’s poem suggests that the small choices we make each day also have big impacts on
our lives. Each decision we make sets us upon a path that we may not understand the
importance of until much later.

-Presentation-
Shayn: That was awesome! I’m sure everyone else was amazed by their presentation! Now
let us call on our last presenters, the Grade 3 students!

-Presentation-

Raeham: Wow! That was so great! Well, that’s a wrap for today’s presentations! We would
like to extend our sincerest congratulations to everyone who took the time to prepare those
wonderful presentations. Your hard work surely paid off!

Shayn: As we are nearing the program’s end, we would once again like to call on our
academic principal Dr. Petronila A. Sayud, our deputy headmistress Mrs. Nahid Al Najim,
and our elementary coordinator Mrs. Joyce Lynne C. Arzaga to award the certificates for the
Spelling Bee winners from grades 1-3.

-Awarding-

Raeham: Congratulations everyone! Now, to formally end our program, may we call on
stage again our beloved academic principal, Dr. Petronila A. Sayud, to give her closing
remarks.

-Closing Remarks-

Shayn: Thank you so much, Dr. Petronila A. Sayud. Well, that’s a wrap for today's program.
