Staff Meeting
October 5, 2022

I. Attendance: (See the attached attendance)

Agenda
1. ESAT
2. Development Plan
3. IPCRF

II. Call to Order: The meeting called to order at 2:00 pm.

III. Meeting Proper: The meeting started with a prayer led by Ms. Jane K. Cabban.
Recall of the Previous Meeting was mentioned by the school head, Ms. Nena
Camaton, which are the following topics below:
1. Last school year development plan
2. Last school year ESAT
3. Last school year IPCRF
then, immediately followed by the presentation of each agenda.
CONCERNS DISCUSSION/ AGREEMENT
1. ESAT Ms. Nena said, “you should base the ESAT on your development
plan”.
Ms. Nena added, “what you are going to tick on your high priority
should be put as your developmental needs”
1. It was been agreed that ESAT should be submitted on October
10, 2022.
2. It has been stressed that less priority is the developmental
strength.
3. Same with high priority, as the developmental needs to
improve.

2. Development Plan Ms Nena, “how could you put Result Focus as your Behavioral
priority if you yourself will be the one to address it?”
Ms. Nena added, “You have to be specific with the objectives/
needs that you want to be addressed, it should be with
SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-
bound).”
4. It was been agreed that teachers may leave it blank under
the behavior needs for improvement, if it is addressable
 by the teachers.
5. It has been agreed that teachers will pass it on October
10, 2022.

3. IPCRF Ms. Hiede said, “we will use the IPCRF that was used last school
year that has 19 objectives.”
Ms. Nena added, “there will be 4 COT this school year 2022-2023.”
Ms. Nena mentioned, “submit your blank IPCRF, with your
signature.”
Ms. Josephine asked why do we have to do that.
It has been explained by the Master Teacher, for us to be prepared,
and familiarized on the MOVs that we should attach.
The signature means prove that the tool was reviewed by the ratee
and rater.
6. It was been agreed, that the first observation for COT will be on
the first week October 14 to 15.
7. It was also been agreed that the second observation for COT
will be on the second week of November.
8. Agreed to submit IPCRF with your signature on October 10,
2022.

IV. Agreements:
- Submission of ESAT, Developmental Needs, and IPCRF is on October 10,
2022.
- First observation for demo teaching will be on October 21, 2022.
- Second observation for demo teaching will be on the second week of
November.
V. Adjournments: The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 in the afternoon.
