- Just as independent restaurants sometimes carry only the merchandise, they themselves like, Korean
restaurant owners may be tempted to limit their menu so it jibes their personal preferences. This is a bad
idea, as it has strong potential to alienate customers.

- The solution is to provide the best service to customers so that customers don’t feel left out.

Marketing Plan

Promote K-Corner through social Medias like Instagram and Facebook. You can see the business logo;
customer’s feed backs and the other videos and photo of the restaurant. By the use of social media platform, this
can easily attract customers to visit the store and can also avail products through online. The social media will
help us to update our customers about the K-Corners activities and different updates about the Menu.

K-Corner’s prices are affordable for all. The prices will range into 161 pesos up to 606 pesos. The prices
are good for 8 servings which mean good for 8 people. However, it is considered prices for the individual or
good for one serving. It will range to 66 pesos up to 142 pesos. The beverages is not included and the add ons.
 PROMOTION

Promoting through social media like Instagram and Facebook. You can see the business logo; customer’s
feed backs and the other videos and photo of the restaurant. By the use of social media platform, it can easily
attract customers to visit our store and can also avail our product through online. Giving of flyers to the valuable
customers so that they can also share to their colleagues. The social media will help the business update our
customers about the K-Corners activities and different updates about the Menu.

The restaurant will be located at the famous tourist spot in Santa Rita East, Agoo La Union (Eco-Park).
Customers can find the restaurant at the beach front of Eco-Park. It has a sigh board written our restaurant name
K-Corner.

OPERATION PLAN

K-Corner is open from Monday-Saturday at exactly 9:00 am in the morning and will close at 7:00 in
the evening, following the curfew of Agoo La Union. At K-Corner, owners are also the servers of our
restaurant together with two more employees that can be a help in the kitchen area. Six o’clock in the
morning the staffs are already in the restaurant to prepare the ingredients for the dishes and to arrange the
tables and other furniture to be used.
Considering that the owners is part already on the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with two
employees that we hired. Overall total of staffs is 7 people. Food and Beverage Director is the one in
charge with the foods and the 1 staff who can help her. The person in charge in the cashier/counterpart and
Liquidation of every end of working times is the Financial Manager. We input the Sales Manager, HR
Manager, Logistic Manager and the 1 staff to be the servers. Every staff has 9 hours shift of time, and each
staff will have a 1-hour break time. At exactly 7:00 pm the restaurant will close and the staff will now
arrange and clean the restaurant. The Financial Manager will also do the liquidation and the inventory is
done every day-to-day operation. Everything will be recorded, so that on the next day, things are organize
to start the new operation. Tuesday and Thursday are the scheduled day of receiving new stocks that
follows the first in and first out method.
