A ow state is the mental state in which person
performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of
energized, focus, full involvement and enjoyment in the
process of activity. Eg. Kids involved in Cartoon- all involved
undisturbed= ow state or Pianist involved keeps on
playing= create a ow state so much focused.
5.00 am is zero distraction zone. Early morning
atmosphere supports FLOW STATE- so... Learning and
remembering things become very easily as focus and
concentration is high and we adapt new things easily. Try to

absorbed by skin.
Wear Natural Fabrics like Coon, Linen, Hemp, Bamboo Juice etc.
Remember- If clothing leaves mark on skin it is creating pressure in
muscle- no oxygen so wear loose clothing

to switch off the fan!!! Now what will happen?

acknowledgement that fan is consuming a whole lot of energy
throughout all the days and nights till you put it off...
And it is only you who have to pay the bill for it Isn't it?
