PRESENT PROGRESSIVE

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in

worldwide. Because of this, we must take care about our heart health. One of the
first steps to take care it is doing physical examination (we called it “auscultation”),
how to perform it? First, we are making a patient in supine position, in the left
lateral decubitus position, while sitting and leaning forward. Then, we are using
stethoscope to auscultation the area of heart. We can find it around human chests.
After that we are listening heart sounds. There are 4 common (normal) sounds we
should know (can’t explain it heheh). After that, we are trying to interpret the
sound, If there are sounds that different with normal sounds, we should suspect the
patient has some illness related/associated with heart diseases.

PAST TENSE
let me talk about a story or my experiences..
When I was in the second or third semester, I had a friend namely kiki. She was a
kind person. Everyday she always smiled with the other friends. But one day, I had
(using have or had???) heard that she was sick. Then a week after her sick, I had
(had or have) gotten a news about she already passed away. I was feeling sad to
hear it. Afterwards, this year we also lost our friend too. Namely syahira, she was a
Malaysian Student. She was a hafidzah. It was a sad moments or experiences, we
must admit it, we lost two of our friends that we loved them so much. But because
of this event, we could take massages that death didn’t know the age, we had to
prepare to accept death anytime. So, what have you done to accept the death?
