4 V’s Model
Leaders, according to this approach, make a difference. Self-awareness and the finding of one's own basic values
are the first steps. Only then would the ethical leader be able to convey his essential principles with others,
thereby connecting himself to society.
Values - Ethical leadership begins with an understanding of and commitment
to the individual core values.

Vision - Vision is the ability to frame one’s actions, activities and functions.

Voice - Claiming one’s voice is the process of articulating the vision to others in
an authentic and convincing way that animates and motivates them to action

Virtue – Individuals and mainly the leaders need to understand that they
become, what they practice.

Conclusion
Ethics is primarily concerned with the principles, standards,
morals, values, norms and behaviors that are acceptable by the
leaders and other members of the organization. Ethical leaders
should be fair in their dealings with others and should not
discriminate against anybody on any grounds. At the end, we
would like to say, “Management is doings things right, leadership
is doing the right things”.
