MOTION TO REVOKE BOND

COMES NOW, the State of Alabama, by and through the undersigned Assistant District Attorney,
to move this Honorable Court to grant the State’s motion to revoke the bond of the Defendant and in
support of this motion states the following:

1. The defendant is currently on bond in the above styled case for charge(s) of Financial Exploitation of
the Elderly 1st.
2. He was convicted at trial of these charges and was allowed to remain on bond pending sentencing.
3. That as a condition of his/her bond, he is to maintain lawful behavior.
4. That on or about December 1, 2022, the defendant committed a new offense(s), to-wit; Disorderly
Conduct. A warrant is being obtained by Inv. A. Hall of the Houston County S.O.
5. The Defendant committed this new offense inside the Houston County Courthouse.
6. The defendant should be held until final disposition of his/her case, or until a hearing is held before this
Honorable Court and orders otherwise.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, the State prays this Honorable Court will grant the motion to
Revoke the Defendant’s bond, this the 1st day December 2022.
