Human Resources Management – Final Project – FDE 68

You have decided to hire a specific Position in your organization – it is totally up to you to facilitate
the process of answering the key elements of your project – Please describe the journey of the
Employee Prior Joining till retirement/resignation highlighting the following milestones: -

1. The Job Analysis Process illustrating at least one technique of Data Collection.
2. Brief Presentation of the main elements of the Job Description and Specification.
3. What Competencies were needed for the selected position.
4. Types of Interview highlighting at least two types of questions.
5. Implementation of the Onboarding process.
6. Applied Appraising Techniques and Development required.
7. Managing Employee Exit using Selective Questions to be used in enhancing organization ‘s
overall processes.
8. The Grading will be as follows: -

You have the option of selecting this Employee from within and this case you have to illustrate
how did you manage this move.

Please Pay Attention to the following: -

 Your Project must not exceed 5 – 6 pages “Maximum”.

 Avoid totally Copy & Paste from any soft/hard materials, you have all the freedom to use
external resources such as websites, articles, Journals, etc… and formulate in your own
wording.
 You can very briefly illustrate the tools previously used in your submitted assignments
covering job Description & Interview questions, as for the rest of the milestones, you need to
elaborate and give examples on the use and application of the different HR tools.
 Make sure to submit your test not later than March 22nd , 2022
