The episode started with a wager.

I frequently think that if it hadn't been for

that wager, I still would despise this city just as much as I did at first. The day that
they extended their hand and ended the conversation was the day that things started
to turn around for me.
The objective of Sofia and Claudia's wager was a life change. taking care of the
other's life for a while until one of the two could no longer support it. I believe that at
the time they weren't sure where they were going, but they decided to try anyway
since they like the challenge, and they didn't want to go back.
If I was a witness at that time, it was simply because I had finished reading the
book that served as inspiration for them. Though…

-Why don't you go on? I'm just thinking.

-But you haven't written any of the ten lines.

-I think they don't work; perhaps you'll have to start over. It is true that I
wouldn't have to be writing. Either you or Sofia should do it. You were the wager's
main protagonists at the end of the day. You already know that we talked about it and
that we both wrote poorly. Instead, you are ideal for this. Incredible detail-oriented.
No one else is capable of giving things so many turns over the course of hours.
-We'll say that I speak a lot.
-No. I guess you talk a lot, but you weren't going to say that.

I have to start by explaining a few things about myself because this story will
be told through my eyes. Maybe I should introduce myself first. I'm Delian, but I
don't like my name. If I had been able to choose, Ana would have called me. I'm sure
that someone with such a simple name deserves to live a simpler life. I find it offensive
that my parents wanted to be so incredibly original. I know other family members will
be there.

They had suggested Mercedes or Carmen, but at the time they were fascinated
by the entirety of Mapuche culture.
-Not sure if this story has any merit.
-Why do you say that? Has everything they asked for: it's true and happens in
Ponce. I believe we can win. Let's go, stop hesitating, and write.
