1. Are you willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, in Carmona, Cavite?
Yes more than willing to work and extend if needed

2. Can you tell us something about yourself?

I`m a under graduate of University of Perpetual Help System Dalta which I take up BS-Civil
Engineering (4th). My 2 years experience as Pollution Control Officer taught me a great deal about
dealing permits specially in compliance with the DENR-EMB. I have developed strong problem-
solving skills, honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals and
polished my communication skills thru the years. I`m keen to utilize my passion in my work, my
knowledge and I can work independently with less supervision.

3. Why did you apply for this job and what are you looking for in a company?
With my relevant skills & experience, I will be able to work for the organization in such a way that
company can successfully achieve its targets which will benefit the company to grow as well It
will also benefit me to enhance my skills. It is the best place to learn a new skills and bring the
best out of me.

4. Why do you want to leave your current job?

Currently I`m leaving in Bacoor City Cavite and my current work location is in Bulacan. I`m stay-in
 CAI-HR/Admin Department
and go home every Saturday and Sunday. I just want to work near my residence and the
company location is ideal because I have my own car were I can go to work conveniently.

5. What is the most significant contribution you made during your past job/s?
My most significant contribution on my past work was I was successfully applied the
accreditation permit as TSD of our facility as well complied other relevant permits like PTO,
Discharge Permit, GEN I.D and also I was able to assist on the EIS and ECC application of our other
facility in tarlac.

6. What motivates you to choose your college course?

I love building structure and I want to build my own house in the near future.

7. Can you explain some of your subjects and grades in your Transcript of Records (if with Grades: 3-
5)?
During this period I was working and studying in the same time, due to my early parent hood, my
time and focus was diverge on how to earn extra money and support my son that time.

8. What do you think is your role as Pollution Control Officer in a manufacturing company?
My role is important as a Pollution Control Officer specially in a manufacturing company because
there are materials and ingredient that are monitored by the government specially DENR were in
the facility should operate with accordance of the environmental law and compliance.

9. Why should we hire you and what are your strengths and weaknesses as PCO?
Strengths - Knowledgeable Permitting and compliance, Technical Documentation and Online SMR
and CMR reporting.
Weaknesses - Competitive and Sensitive that sometimes will limit my capability to work and be
an asset of the company.
10. Where do you see your career three (3) years from now?
I see my self as a successful employee of this company as a PCO, still complying permits of DENR
and LLDA.

11. Do you see yourself in a position other than being a PCO at a company? If so, what position do you
hold?
As of now I was focused on the position I was applying for, with my work experience listed on my
CV I`m confident that I will able to adopt any position will be given or add on my jobs description.

concerns? Why?
Yes, more than willing to undergo seminars and training specially SO2, were it will more
enhanced my capability as a PCO and SO2 Certified as well.
