MINUTES OF THE MEETING

October 31, 2022

The council made a quorum to discuss the issues and concerns the
school must know. Mrs. Lediluz Maglangit, the elected chairperson, raised her
concern about someone who enters the school premises during class hours
and, based on observation, this person has a mental disorder. According to
Rogelyn T. Surtida, the SSG adviser, that person was a student before and
opted to stop due to that condition. In fact, his parents confined him to a room
and lock. A suggestion was raised, Lelet Vidad commented to call the parents’
attention through the barangay captain, and the members of the SGC agreed
on that plan. It further resolved that the proposed plan must be carried into its
effect.
