MINUTES OF THE MEETING

No. 3. S. 2022

WHEREAS, the SGC is requesting the school through the office of the school
head to access available data of the school, not scrutinize but to know what the
council can help and protect from any further undesirable access.
 
WHEREAS, it serves as a significant initiative taking into account that the data
must be protected and remain confidential, and never be divulged to anybody
without proper authority
 
WHEREAS, the council further suggests that whatever discrepancies, it is
willing to resolve and help the institution in high regard in data custody.
 
THEREFORE, this resolution must be forwarded to the office of the school
head for review and consideration.
