Sany India was incorporated in 2002 and offers the widest range of Construction Machinery in India & South Asia. In
2012, Sany India invested more than INR 600 crores to develop infrastructure for R&D, Manufacturing, Quality
Inspection, Testing, and Service at their manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. Through this facility, the company
operates in multiple Business verticals viz: Earthmoving Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Mining Equipment, Port
Equipment, Road Machinery, Concrete Machinery and Renewable Energy. Presently, Sany India offers products like
excavators, truck-mounted cranes, all-terrain and rough terrain cranes, crawler cranes, transit mixers, batching plants,

Sany India's CSR activities reshape society for a better today and a prosperous tomorrow. Pabal, a

village near Pune, was the latest recipient of Sany's benevolence. Known as a drought-prone area,

the farmers in this village were deprived of carrying out their agricultural activities due to acute

water shortages. This problem came to light during a survey in the town by Mr Ayush Prasad, CEO-

Pune Zilla Parishad. He approached Sany India to supply an excavator for constructing Ponds and

cleaning wells. Moving in sync with their mission of giving back to society, Sany India immediately

dispatched their state-of-the-art SY220, a hydraulic excavator known for its superior performance &

efficiency. Within a short period, seven ponds of varying dimensions and capacity were constructed,

and wells became sparkling clean.

Each pond can store more than 50 lakhs litres of water. One of the most extensive ponds created

measures 100*90*31 ft with a storage capacity of 1crore 60 lakhs litres of water. A single excavator

and consistent hard work put in by team Sany helped transform this village from a drought-prone

area to an adequate water one. Villagers now have a constant supply of water for farming and day to

day activities. Miracles happen in modern times is a belief omnipresent amongst the residents of

Pabal today. At the same time, Sany India takes pride in helping the farmers who are the backbone

of our country.

CSR activities- COVID Care helpline)

Putting 'Wellness before Business' has been Sany India's exemplary COVID policy. Taking this forward, the leading
CE manufacturer launched a dedicated COVID Care helpline to support its employees and dealers along with their
family members. The helpline remains active throughout the week from 9 am to 9 pm and is equipped to provide
fast access to medical experts, virtual doctor consultation, medical prescription, assistance in securing bed, oxygen,
plasma and ambulance services. To offer timely support, guidance, and preventive care to the extended Sany family
 in the country, the team at the helpline centre have been lending a helping hand to employees and associates
through expert guidance regarding COVID symptoms to securing hospital beds or medical oxygen for their loved
ones.

Sany India has also set an example in the industry by actively supporting its stakeholders through the financial
distress of COVID-19 and accompanying uncertainties. The company rolled out a free vaccination camp for its
employees and their dependents in Pune. It has already inoculated as many as 1400 people COVID-19 at the
vaccination camp.

When the pandemic was at its peak, Sany stepped up its relief efforts by providing food rations and critical medical
supplies to the needy across the country. We also donated ventilators, face masks, personal protective equipment
kits to various hospitals and people working at construction sites.

Amid Covid crisis, Sany India with CII Foundation steps in to donate Ventilators

As the hospitals are reeling under an acute shortage of ventilator beds and other medical supplies amid the rising
COVID-19 cases in the country- Sany India in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Foundation
and CII Pune donated 3 ventilators to Sassoon Hospital today. Sassoon General Hospital is a large state-run hospital
in Pune. 

Mr. Deepak Garg, Managing Director, Sany India & South Asia and Mr. Dheeraj Panda, Director of Sales, Marketing
and Customer Support ,Sany Heavy Industry India Pvt. Ltd along with the hospital dean Dr.Tambe, BJ medical
college and Sassoon Hospital, were present on the occasion.  

Speaking on the occasion, Deepak Garg, mentioned, “The consecutive days of record-breaking infections have
posed an unprecedented threat to the healthcare system. Hospitals across the country are overwhelmed with
infected patients and facing an acute shortage of medical supplies.  We at Sany India are doing our bit in the spirit
to battle the Covid-19 by donating the ventilators to Sassoon Hospital, which is relentlessly working on the ground
to treat patients hit by the deadly virus.”

Contribution in Major Projects

New Infrastructural Development- New Paint Shop

A new paint shop was set up at Sany India's state of the art manufacturing plant at Chakan, Pune. The sprawling
structure has become a cynosure of all eyes and is built on a total area of 4504.96 sq. meters. Tastefully designed,
the paint shop is equipped with a fully autonomous system that can easily paint 11 excavators & 1 truck cranes in
9 hours. This brand-new addition will improve the paint quality of the machines and create new jobs for the
locals.
As a critical component of Sany's growth trajectory, the paint shop exemplifies the company's continuous effort
towards localization and backward integration. With a steadfast focus to deliver the best products to their
customers, the new paint shop will surely add an aesthetic touch to Sany India's wide range of superior quality
equipment.

Sany embraces new emission norms – launches four new truck cranes
As our nation ushers in new emission standards, Sany India has emerged as the first mover in successfully embracing
the Bharat CEV Stage IV norms. Adhering to the new emission norms, four new models of truck cranes, STC250C,
STC450C, STC600C and STC800 was recently launched in the market. These new truck cranes have been
manufactured at Sany India's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Chakan in Pune to boost the government's
'Make in India' programme. – Check for more

Being a market leader, the unveiling of these brand new CEV Stage IV truck cranes will enhance sales and help
sustain their leadership position in the Construction Equipment segment. Going by the records, Sany's truck cranes
have consistently shown good traction in the market, led by road construction, refinery expansions, railways & metro
projects and waterways etc. Sany India plans to launch more new products shortly to meet the surging demands,
complying with CEV Stage IV emissions.

Sany India, has carved a niche in the manufacturing space with its advanced robust products and ease of
serviceability. With these new additions, the company's top management is optimistic that the Indian construction
scenario would take a quantum leap into a new dimension of a utility application and thereby herald a new era in the

Sany Introduces new CEV IV Product Range – MG

SANY STG series CEV Stage IV motor graders are reliable and a great choice for efficient grading that comes with low
fuel consumption.

Cummins QSB series CRDI engines are easy to maintain and eco-friendly. The newly-designed structure and
strengthened parts make the road grader easier to maintain. It also comes with dynamic quick response ZF
Transmission, Precise hydraulic control, Reliable Driveline system, Improved cabin aesthetics, integrally cast swing
frame Drawbar, Heavy-duty 12FT Moldboard and G3 Type Heavy-duty tires. It offers excellent adaptability to work at
various construction sites while providing enhanced performance with its unmatched gradeability.

Monsoon Service campaign

As a promotional activity, we have conducted a Monsoon awareness campaign for Excavators & Motor
Graders from 1st July to 31st Sep 2021 and inspected total1098 machines.
With this campaign we were able come closer to our Customers. Various training sessions for operators on
proper operation & maintenance of Sany Machines were also conducted. The campaign also helped us
gain good Owner & Operator feedback on our machines & after sales support performance. 

There were 151 inspection points for excavators & 62 checkpoints for motor graders. We gave special
attention to machines that needed significant overhauls (Undercarriage parts, engine, Hyd pump etc.). This
awareness campaign was free for all Sany customers. To encourage the use of genuine parts, we also
offered discounts on Parts purchased during the campaign.

A trained technician was assigned for Campaign visits to impart on the job training to Operators &
Maintenance staff on safety, do’s & don’ts and proper operation & maintenance of machines. 

To promote upkeep of machines, cash /a gift worth Rs. 5000/- was given to the best maintained machine
operator for each dealership.
