Mr. Deepak Maki a As decided in the review meeting chaired by CEO, CESU held on dated 18.09.2019, representatives from M/S SIEMENS and L&T (design and site team) visited Bhubaneswar site along with PRDC and CESU for finalizing the way forward for commissioning of FRTUs. In their visit the following points were discussed and finalized. 1, Siemens has confirmed that supplied FRTUs are compatible with SCADA on IEC104 protocol. 2. Siemens Confirmed that supplied FRTUs can be configured over WEB via Internet Explorer from Local or Remote. 3. Local demonstration for integration between RMU and FRTU shall be done through laptop via protocol tester during commissioning by Siemens in presence of CESU/PRDC representative. 4. Siemens shall provide the details of IEC104 address in line with submitted 1/0 List. (Refer Annexure-1). 5. CESU requested Siemens/L&qT to support for integration of FRTUs with control center via DFE RTUs. However Siemens/L&T confirmed that for one sample ring integration, necessary support required at FRTU end shall be provided and Siemens/L&T keep the other FRTUs ready with configuration for IEC104. Allnecessary configuration at DFE RTUs and Control center to be done by CESU. 7. Siemens confirmed that the supplied FRTUs can report to two masters simultaneously, and the FRTUs shall also be configured to report Two Masters ie. DFE RTU of both end. 8 — Siemens/L&T requested CESU to provide IP addresses for the FRTUs and CESU has agreed to provide the same. & For Integration of SCRIPS FRTUs to CESU existing SCADA system, the required FO switch and its accessories was already intimated to PRDC and the same tobe complied wherein the final quantity of the said items is to be as per the field requirement. 10.
