8. Division 2 of Part 15 (new sections 136 and 137) provides for
the use of AVs. The new section 136 restricts the use of AVs to
a pilot use, a contravention of which constitutes an offence.
The new section 137 provides for a due diligence defence for
pilot proprietors or AV owners.
