Dear John,

I am writing to thank you and your staff for the excellent service you provided.

Last week, I had problem with new computer, so I call with supplier. I remembered that I called at 10pm
but staff very friendly and knowledgeable. She also apologized for problem. After that, she suggested to
offered new items or engineer to repair the computer. I chose the new computers because I really
needed to my project. One week later, customers services called to check all OK.

I would to thank you and your staff once again and I look forward to working with you in the near future.
