RECOMMENDATIONS
Doping Regulations - Laws in India need to be more lenient and that first
time offenders should just receive a warning with greater supervision rather
than an outright ban.

Federal sports commission - Special structure in place to settle conflicts involving

cricket players and other athletes.
breaking the anti-doping rules.
discipline-related issues.
difficulties with eligibility and selection.
harassment, bullying, and prejudice.

Player and mental health counselling - To give the players the essential
psychological assistance, it would be great if all teams were forced to have a
personal counsellor and a sports psychologist. It will help athletes perform
better and handle stress while maximizing their potential.

Integrated development - It is essential that there be a more comprehensive

kind of growth in the sport rather than only focusing on increasing money
in order to guarantee that the sport realizes its full potential in India.
