Environment Impact
In an industrial operation, effective waste management is crucial. Waste from the operations
will inevitably be produced, thus it must be appropriately handled to minimize its damaging
effects on the environment. While solid garbage can be sent to a solid waste management
facility, wastewater can be delivered to a local water treatment facility.

Political and Strategic Considerations

There are no political issues regarding Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex found from the
website. TLIC is easily accessible through road, sea, and air transportation. Raw material
supply is readily supplied by near by factory. However, TLIC is in proximity with urban areas.
Fire and air pollution may affect the resident around the area. Therefore, we should have a more
strategic research when we building our plastic waste treatment plant in Tanjung Langsat.
