INTRODUCTION:
Bite sized store is snacks store located in ASCOT Brgy.
Zabali, Baler Aurora. Expect to catch the interest of
ASCOTINIANS base with it’s healthy benefits and delicious
taste. Bite sized store is newly opened business that
encourage ascotinians to buy this healthy food. There is no
other branch of Bite sized store because this is our new
business. It has cheese inside that when you bite into it, it
will melt immediately and mix with the flavor of the squash
balls.
Our food stall will provide a friendly customer service to
support the ambience of fun and energetic lifestyle for the
market. It may have a competitor in the future that may be
similar to the products we sell. The company will establish
the business as something that is trendy yet affordable which
represent our core target market which are mostly students,
faculty staff and residents. Our customers will also read the
menu which display information about the product offered. Also
the bite sized store belongs to the food industry.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTOR
Climate change that may affect our business for the reason
that when it rains in ascot it can cause a flood or muddy road
which we as customers do not want. We can reach our store by
walking or riding in a car. it has a strong Internet
connection for our customers.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
While there are other fast food and restaurant near in the
area, there are none that offer low price but still it will
make you satisfied. So our company take advantage on that,
through that kind of price our customers become happy because
you have a cheap price but still you can.

MAKETING TRENDS
We used different platform of social media to promote our
product knowing that nowadays a lot of ASCOTIANS is on it.
BACKGROUND OF THE PLAN
This success stories of Filipinos entrepreneurs shows that
even your business is small it may have grow bigger or success
in the future if you have the courage to continue it even if
there is a competitors. The young Magsaysay left school to
bust tables, wash plates, and work on the cash register at a
fast food chain. In a few years, he became a manager, handling
five stores. 
With his background and skills in store management,
Magsaysay’s friends asked him to handle Potato Corner, of
which he was a co-founder. They pooled their money together
and started the food cart business in 1992, offering
franchises left and right. Today, Potato Corner has more than
550 stalls in the Philippines and around the world. (Joe
Magsaysay – Potato Corner) Hailing from Iloilo City, Edgar Sia
dropped out of college to pursue his own laundry and photo-
developing business at the age of 19. In 2003, 26-year old Sia
decided to open the barbecue fast food restaurant Mang Inasal—
Ilonggo for “Mr. Barbecue.” The first branch was built at a
mall parking lot in his home city.
The restaurant took off. When Tony Caktiong heard about Sia’s
burgeoning business, he decided to buy Mang Inasal for a total
of P5 billion. Sia eventually put the sales of Mang Inasal to
other investments like banking and healthcare. At 42, he’s

GOAL
The goal of the company is to satisfy the costumers in
terms of our good quality products also to earn profit as
well. Bite sized aims to help the students so we offer at the
cheapest price. Bite sized also promoting nutritious food for
everybody.

TARGET MARKET
Upon starting a snack business, the approximate target market
size is 30 costumers as a start-up and we are planning
increase our market size weekly. With the help of effective
marketing strategy, we are expecting our business to grow as
fast as we plan. For trends, well there are major trends in
target market that has a great role to the growth of our
business. In customer preference, our business would be
considering the consumer preference since there are different
type of buyers/customers with different preference when it
comes to snack.
The demographic status of the buyer also has an impact to the
sales growth of our product since our business is design to
satisfy the customer. As the day goes by, the entrepreneurs
would also be considering the product innovation based on the
customers’ preference for profit purposes which can help in
terms of increasing the number of target market and the net
sales.

MARKET STRATEGY
The focus of the business is specific since the business
target market for products is the ASCOT INSTRUCTORS, STAFF AND
STUDENTS. The business will succeed in the market by means of
introducing it in a far larger number of possible customers
using different marketing strategies and serving satisfying
quality products at a very affordable price. Bite Sized is
offering a healthy snack with a variety of flavors, according
to the preference of the consumers for your health is our main
concern.

PRICING STRATEGIES
We set MARKET PENETRATON PRICING due to the fact that setting
a low initial selling price to penetrate the market and
attract many buyers of a large market share. It is an
aggressive way of attracting costumer to try our product by
making it is cheaper than the existing products in the market.
However, its quality should be on far with the competition to
insure repeat sales.

PROMOTIONAL MIX
For promotional mix we used advertisement and direct selling
to customer so they can buy our product and know everything
about it.

DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY
It will provide more jobs and opportunities. It has a low
price that every ASCOTINIANS afford it. Also it can brings to
a remote control area, it is a type of snacks.

BUDGET
Bite sized Store needs equipment, inventory, insurance, and
renovation. Ms. Darian Mae Saludo, Ms. Elizabeth Alavarez, Mr.
Jay Mhark Pascua, Mr. Angelo Kiel Olila, and Mr. Jerald Maximo
made an individual contribution of Php 300,000.00 (three
hundred thousands). These funds are used to renovating the
property in order to establish the business. Some for
acquiring the materials and equipment from other suppliers.

CONCLUSION
To the community, Bite sized store helps to choose its
customer on what they eat, that giving us a healthy benefits
and delicious taste.
To the schools, Bite sized store will contribute other
vitamins to students, also it’S affordable.
