III. Answer Briefly:

1. What is the most salient characteristics of the learners that you have observed? What is the
implication in the teaching and learning process?
Everything is important, especially for children who have unusual behavior, but you should
pay extra attention to children who require special care, especially if they do not exhibit the
same conduct. You, the instructor, will pay attention to them if you treat them like normal
children.

2. How does the teacher address the diverse needs of the learners coming from different
background?
Through teamwork. As a teacher, do what is best for the children and make them happy;
you will find a method to satisfy a child's requirements. not just for them, but for all the
orphaned children.
IV. Analysis
How does the teacher demonstrate acceptance and understanding of the learners’ diverse
needs and background?
By treating them all the same. Accepting them without reservation, let us give our all in order to be
nourished and valued as one of our family members.
They are all special love onces for me. Even though my impairment is considered normal, we
should welcome and adore all children regardless of their unique origin.
Should you, as a teacher or a second parent to them, fill in the gaps they will encounter in the future.

V. Reflection
As a future teacher, how will you prepare yourself in facing the challenges of diversity of
students in the classroom?
As a teacher, I intend to better my instruction to future pupils. However, in this day and age, we
must place a higher value on everything. Even our surroundings must be well-organized for the
benefit and safety of our pupils. As a teacher, I will confront all of the challenges for my future
students. When I view the equipment setup, it differs from my former daily existence. However,
everyone, even youngsters, increasingly utilizes mobile phones to learn at school. Our times were
considerably different back then, and many instructors and students have altered their life as a result
of the illness that we are currently dealing with.

I know these photo are not mine.but they serve as an illustration of how they differ from one
another. Their actions and behavior are not the same.

This photo shows diligence intelligence and active thinking.Everyone participates in the activities
taking place with their teacher.
this is how I suggest my future students see their interest in learning. But my few children are not
interested in listening.
Awareness, patience, excellent timing, limits, and instinct are all required for effective classroom
management. It's not easy leading a large group of easily distracted young people with varying
talents and temperaments on a meaningful learning trip.
Here are the example of classroom management that the teachers will provide.
So, how do master instructors accomplish this?
The first step is to look for yourself so that you can look after your children. Students are entitled to
a healthy you. The second step is to establish rules, boundaries, and expectations. "You can't be their
friend. You can be compassionate, caring, and supporting, but you must still be their teacher.

This is an example of the technology set up required in our time to achieve social distancing.
In today's world, youngsters will learn to respect themselves.
We can see from the image and the youngsters how technology aids their learning.

Narrative Report
In our time, a lot has changed since then, from the former normal to what has now become the new
normal, many things have changed since then, there has been a pandemic in our country, many
people have lost their jobs, and even children's education has been affected by the virus that has
spread in our country. . On all parts of the country, everyone wears a facemask and engages in social
distancing. All youngsters attend lessons utilizing contemporary technology. Everyone uses current
technology, and what was formerly done in an office is now done from home.
