To whom it may concern,

Rachele Smith spent time in my second grade classroom during the 21-22 school year.

Rachele was to spend 40 hours within the classroom observing and learning. She

instead spent close to 60 hours and came back for the classroom parties. She bonded

with the students right away and continued to show up for them.

Rachele showed great enthusiasm when she entered the classroom and jumped right

into helping out. She is a natural with students and truly has a heart for teaching. She

shows interest in getting to know each child and finds ways to connect with them.

Rachele shows the ability to learn and grow as an educator by reflecting on her skills

and trying something new. This proves a great quality in the field and will work well for

her as she continues her education. She does well communicating with both students

and staff. Rachele would make a great addition to any classroom or school district. I

am happy to provide my recommendation for her and additional information if
