On behalf of the City of El Paso, I welcome all the participants, coaches

and spectators to the McDonald’s Classic Basketball Tournament from
December 1-3, 2022.

For all the attendees from out of town, I invite you to experience all the
amenities our city has to offer, and hope you enjoy your visit to our city
full of rich history that dates back more than 400 years. I am certain you
will also get to enjoy some of the warm and welcoming hospitality that El
Paso has become famous for.

Congratulations and thank you to our local schools for proudly

representing and showcasing El Paso’s talent and especially to the
Socorro Independent School District for your exceptional work.

Best wishes for a most successful and memorable tournament and good
